the senses to life. Cities such as Edinburgh, where historic old world
charm meet modern day living allow you to explore what our great nation
has to offer. The highlands of Scotland where tranquil scenery and
majestic mountains sweep to the sea allow you to take time for yourself
and recharge your batteries before another round on a hidden gem of a

Ceud Mile Failte - A Hundred Thousand Welcomes!
Loch Lomond:
Loch Lomond has the largest surface
area of any fresh water Loch in the UK. It must be the World’s
most famous Loch and has been long written about, both in song
and verse. The area is renowned for its beauty and tranquillity
and offers picture postcard views around every corner.
Skye:
Commanding mountains beckon those
with a passion for heights at their most dramatic - the jagged
Cuillin ridge on Skye and the fearsome Five Sisters of Kintail.
History is told in old stone at Dunvegan Castle and Eilean Donan
Castle - its setting on Loch Duich is one of the most iconic
images of Scotland. There are many picturesque places in Skye
and Lochalsh, such as Portree, with pastel-coloured cottages
lining the harbour, and the fantastic coastal village of
Plockton, home to palm trees (!) and friendly Highland Cows -
another great Scottish icon.
Queens View:
Generally believed to be named after
Queen Victoria who took tea here in 1866, the viewpoint actually
commemorates Queen Isabella, wife of Robert the Bruce who ruled
Scotland between 1306 and 1329. The stunning view across Loch
Tummel to Schiehallion (1081 metres / 3547 feet) is one of the
most famous in Scotland.
Rhum:
Rhùm, by far the largest and
most-visited of the Small Isles (Inner Hebrides), possesses a
cluster of formidable volcanic peaks, the architecturally
remarkable Kinloch Castle, and some wonderful wildlife. Scottish
Natural Heritage runs the island as a National Nature Reserve.
The island's most famous residents are not its 30-odd
inhabitants but its sea eagles, re-introduced in the 1980s.
Jacobite Cruises:
Sail Loch Ness with Jacobite’s 5
star luxury cruises and tours. From a 1 hour or 2 hour cruise to

guides bring to life the Loch and the majesty of the surrounding
Highlands.

experiences, ideally suited for entertaining and building
relationships with clients. As well as offering peerless
angling, well-stocked cosy fishing lodges provide the perfect

landscape. They are a highly visible and accessible element of
Scotland’s rich heritage, spanning a wide range of uses and
periods, which together chart a great part of the history of
Scotland.
Places Of Historic
Interest:
There are 345 locations (with
Castles, Ancient Monuments, old Battlegrounds) in Scotland,
spanning over 5000 years of history. Scotland’s magnificent
legacy of architectural, scenic and historic treasures is world
class.
"It is difficult to believe that
twelve months have passed since this trip took on a life of its
own, but one that has been a pleasure from start to finish.
Twelve golfers, some of whom had never met before experienced a very
well planned and thought out schedule”
"We
are 4 couples who have been doing small golf tours for 20 years.
To celebrate this milestone we booked a week in Scotland with St.
Andrews Golf Tours”
